And on another, totally different front - I wonder what the weather will be like on May 12?

Lincoln said it all....

You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time. (George and company, you're running out of fools and time.)

Unlikey, but funny in a morbid kind of way.

This just in (currently making the rounds on the internet and in email):

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a virulent strain of Sexually Transmitted Disease. The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim and pronounced "gonna re-elect him." Many victims contracted it in 2004, after having been screwed for the past four years. Cognitive characteristics of individuals infected include:
- anti-social personality disorders
- delusions of grandeur with messianic overtones
- extreme cognitive dissonance
- inability to incorporate new information
- pronounced xenophobia and paranoia
- inability to accept responsibility for own actions
- cowardice masked by misplaced bravado
- uncontrolled facial smirking
- ignorance of geography and history
- tendencies towards evangelical theocracy
- categorical all-or-nothing behavior
Naturalists and epidemiologists are amazed at how this destructive disease originated only a few years ago from a bush found in Texas.

Taking the sign back to another meeting of theBlue Chip Republican Club, 7 p.m. Monty's on Montgomery, 4108 Montgomery Road. The sign was there on Feb. 27 for a jeanschmitd thing. Bob McEwen is speaker this week. I'd like to do the Chabot thing in Indian Hill, but there's really nowhere to stand and protest anywhere near. The rich are good at that.

There's another jeanschmidt thing at the Eastgate Holiday Inn, 4501 Eastgate Blvd., Tuesday, March 28, with house speaker dennis hastert
- 10:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. is the VIP Reception costing $5,000 per person
- 11:15 a.m. -12:30 p.m. - Luncheon for $1,200 for a table of ten or $150 per person.

On Wednesday, March 29, 7:30 p.m there's a fundraiser at the Mills Race Banquet Center, 10245 Winton Road, for David R. Smith for US Senate. The speaker is Phil Burress, and that one only costs $50 per person.

Things are going badly still in Iraq. (But then, you knew that already.)
