This is the story of a conflict between neighbors, told in four
movements, with emails and one-sided commentary.

Movement 1: The first round of emails (opening salvos).

Movement 2: Rapprochement emails.

Movement 3: Meeting notes.

Movement 4: The breakdown emails.

There is also a postlude and some late-arriving hate mail.

If you are wondering why I bother with this exercise, I tell you up front I am
committed to living in a better world, and I'm doing all I can, one neighbor at a time.

NOTE: Names, except for mine, are removed or obscured to protect innocent and guilty alike.
Identities are assigned by gender (M-1, M-2, F-1, and so on). If you happen to be on the
neighborhood email list, you may recognize these folks from their earlier emails.
Please let's not embarrass them by broadcasting their identities outside the neighborhood.
