The Scene: A Move-On locally organized STOP BUSH NOW gathering from 4 - 6 p.m at the intersection of Martin Luther King Dr. and Clifton Avenue at the southwest corner of the University of Cincinnati campus in Clifton.

These ladies got lots of positive feedback.

There were several anti-chabot people and some pro-minimum wage raise people (not pictured).

I got mostly positive feedback, but some negative headshakes, one virulent fist-shake by a guy in a little convertible sports car, and some vile language by a carload of misogynist punks who called me what an older British woman might call her favorite cat. I was less circumspect in my response. Even so, the positive responses were by far the most frequent and enthusiastic. We were passed by a dozen military vehicles, and about half the drivers gave positive responses (waves and smiles). The rest pretended to not see us.

My little camera couldn't capture the beauty of the afternoon or the moon hanging above the trees.

Notice:
Today's sign event page is dedicated to members of the press, who today show remarkable restraint in the face of another evangelical political leader/preacher scandle.

More later,

Ray
